Where these films go to work

Novis films are made for four industries: architectural glass, automotive glass, metal fabrication and ACP cladding. PVB interlayers make laminated safety glass; protection films carry finished surfaces through fabrication, transport and installation without damage.

Architectural Glass

Facades, balustrades, overhead glazing and partitions.

Architectural laminated glass uses a PVB interlayer to hold fragments after breakage, block UV and damp sound. Novis supplies clear, coloured and printed PVB for facades, balustrades, overhead glazing and interior partitions, in the standard 0.38 mm to 1.52 mm thickness ladder.

Automotive Glass

Windscreens, side glazing and panoramic roofs.

Automotive laminated glass uses PVB interlayer to keep a fractured windscreen intact and in its aperture after impact. Novis supplies clear PVB in the 0.76 mm standard used for windscreen lamination, with the controlled adhesion and optical clarity that automotive glazing requires.

Metal Fabrication

Laser cutting, forming and finished-surface handling.

Metal fabrication protection film keeps a finished surface intact from the cutting bed to the installed part. Novis supplies black-and-white laser film that stays on stainless steel through cutting and forming, and adhesive-free clear film for polished and optically sensitive surfaces.

ACP & Cladding

Composite panels from production line to finished facade.

ACP protection film shields coated aluminium composite panels through routing, folding, transport and facade installation, including months of outdoor exposure on site. Novis Luma is UV-stabilised and specified around clean removal after weathering rather than initial peel strength.
