AlphaClear Ventures develops and supplies Novis, its own brand of specialty films for the glass and metal industries. The company is young; the experience behind it is not — Novis exists because more than a decade was spent watching where these films succeed and where they fail.
What we are
Our own brand, our own specification
Novis is AlphaClear's own film brand. Every grade in the range is defined by us against the end application — interlayer clarity and adhesion for laminated glass, peel strength and weathering life for protection films — and produced to that specification under our quality control.
That matters more than it sounds. A buyer purchasing generic film is buying whatever the current lot happens to be. A buyer purchasing Novis is buying against a specification that stays fixed, with batch test data to prove each consignment met it, and a batch reference that can be traced if something goes wrong on the line.
We are set up to supply into India, the Middle East and Africa, and Southeast and Central Asia — markets where the difference between a film that peels cleanly at month six and one that does not is the difference between a finished facade and a dispute.

What you can count on
AlphaClear was founded by specialists with more than a decade in glass and specialty films. That experience shows up less in what we say than in how we behave once an order is placed — and every commitment here is one you can hold us to on the first consignment, not the tenth.
- One specification, held
- Novis grades are defined by AlphaClear and they stay fixed. You are not buying whatever lot happened to arrive this month — you are buying against a specification, consignment after consignment.
- Every batch tested, every roll traceable
- Test data travels with the delivery, and each roll carries a batch reference. If material behaves unexpectedly on your line, we pull the batch record and the retained sample. That turns a dispute into an investigation.
- Six grades, not a catalogue
- Each Novis film exists because a process demanded it. A deliberately narrow range means we can know all of it properly — and that we are not trying to fit you to whatever happens to be in stock.
- Technical answers, not sales answers
- Ask which thickness you need and you will get the thickness you need. Where a grade is wrong for your application we will say so plainly, including on the occasions when the honest answer is that you need something we do not sell.
- Prove it on your own line
- A datasheet describes a laboratory. Your line is not one. Adhesion, peel and clean removal all behave differently on your substrate under your conditions, so we would rather send a sample and let you find out before you commit to a container.
- Straight about the limits
- We hold ISO 9001. We do not claim certifications we do not hold, and we will tell you exactly what a laminated glass standard certifies and what it does not. A supplier who overstates once is a supplier you have to double-check forever.
